How much BBQ should I order per person?

We recommend about ½ pound (225g) of meat per adult and ⅓ pound (150g) per child. Our catering packages are portioned to make sure everyone is satisfied without running out.

How far in advance should I book catering?

For weddings and large events, we suggest booking at least 3–6 months ahead to secure your date. For smaller events, 2–4 weeks is usually enough, depending on the season.

Question 3

Do you travel outside of Camrose?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We cater across Central Alberta including Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Fort Saskatchewan, and Beaumont. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

Question 4

Can you set up indoors or only from the trailer?

Accepted Answer

We can serve from our food trailer outdoors, or provide hot drop-off/buffet catering indoors at community halls, offices, and venues.

Question 5

Do you provide plates, cutlery, and serving staff?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can supply disposable or eco-friendly plates, cutlery, napkins, and staff for buffet service if requested. This can be added to your catering package.

What if guests have dietary restrictions?

While we specialize in traditional BBQ, we can accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free requests, and we offer hearty side options. Please let us know ahead of time.

Question 7

What power or space do you need for the trailer?

Accepted Answer

Our food trailer requires a flat parking area and access to a 30A/240V outlet (or we can bring a generator if required). We’ll confirm details during booking.

Question 8

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due the week of your event.
