Born from Passion, Fueled by Fire

 

After spending 27 years in the family retail business, I often found myself wondering, What if? Cooking had always been a love of mine, and if I had a do-over, I knew exactly what I’d do—go to culinary school and follow my passion for food. So, that’s exactly what I did. As an adult student, I went back to school, determined to build something of my own. The Stall BBQ is the result of that journey.

 

Why Texas BBQ?

 

There’s something about the simple complexity of Texas-style BBQ that hooked me from the start. I’ve been cooking for myself and my family for over 35 years, but BBQ became more than just cooking—it became therapy. The process of tending the fire, watching over the meat for hours, and seeing the transformation happen is both rewarding and humbling. And the best part? Sharing that experience with others. BBQ has a way of bringing people together, and that’s what The Stall BBQ is all about.

 

What Makes The Stall BBQ Different?

 

At The Stall BBQ, we take a small-batch approach to ensure every bite is as good as the last. Our proteins are slow-smoked over real wood in an authentic 500-gallon offset smoker named Caroline, staying true to traditional Texas BBQ methods. We believe in simple ingredients cooked with care and precision, allowing deep, rich flavors to develop naturally over time.

 

For us, BBQ isn’t just about food—it’s about the moment. We want every customer to take that first bite, pause, and say Wow. That’s the goal. Every. Single. Time.

 

What’s on the Menu?

 

We keep it classic and done right:

• Brisket – Slow-smoked until it’s tender, juicy, and full of deep smoky flavor

• Beef Ribs – Big, bold, and full of melt-in-your-mouth richness

• Pork Spare Ribs – Cooked just right with a perfect balance of bark and tenderness

• Sausage – Handmade and smoked for the ultimate snap and flavor

• Chicken – Smoked low and slow, juicy, and packed with smoky goodness

• Sides – Simple, classic.

My vision for the BBQ stall is to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where friends and families can gather to enjoy delicious, smoky flavors.  I aim to serve high-quality, mouth-watering BBQ dishes that celebrate the art of low and slow cooking while using fresh, high quality ingredients.  With a focus on community and flavor, I want to make every visit a memorable experience that keeps customers coming back for more.
